Stainless Mania Launches Online RFQ Portal for UL 508A Control Panels
Veteran-owned Las Vegas contract manufacturer now takes CAD files online and returns pricing and lead time within one business day
LAS VEGAS, Oct. 9, 2026 — Stainless Mania, a veteran-owned contract manufacturer in Las Vegas, has launched an online request-for-quote (RFQ) portal that lets engineers and buyers upload CAD files and specify material, enclosure rating and UL 508A certification requirements in one submission. The company says it returns pricing and lead time within one business day.
The portal accepts 3D models in STEP, STP, IGS and SLDPRT formats and 2D drawings in DWG, DXF and PDF, up to 100 megabytes per file. Submitters select alloy and gauge, finish, NEMA or IP rating and electrical certification, including a UL 508A panel shop label, short-circuit current rating (SCCR) documentation and CSA/cUL listing. They also define scope — fabrication only, fabrication with assembly, panel build and wiring, turnkey, prototype or second-source overflow capacity — along with order quantity, estimated annual volume and need-by date. Buyers who need a nondisclosure agreement before sharing drawings can request one before sending files.
The online request-for-quote portal is part of a rebuilt stainlessmania.com that organizes the shop's work by capability: control panel design, UL 508A control panels, NEMA 4X stainless enclosures, water and wastewater control panels, sanitary and food-grade fabrication, CNC machining and laser cutting, and turnkey OEM manufacturing. Each capability page lists specifications, materials and file formats so an engineer can confirm fit before submitting a package.
Stainless Mania builds and labels industrial control panels to UL 508A, the safety standard that governs component selection, spacing, wire sizing, overcurrent protection and short-circuit current rating for industrial control panels.
