Processes

01

Laser cutting

Clean, dross-free profiles in stainless, aluminum, and carbon steel with tight, repeatable part-to-part geometry.

02

Precision machining

Multi-axis milling and turning of housings, plates, brackets, manifolds, and fixtures to print.

03

Forming & bending

Press-brake forming with consistent bend radii, tight flange tolerances, and repeatable setups.

04

Welding & fabrication

TIG and MIG welding, ground and finished, including sanitary and washdown-grade seams.

05

Hardware & finishing

Inserted hardware, tapping, deburring, passivation, powder coat, anodize, and brushed finishes.

06

Prototype to production

One-off first articles and volume runs from the same documented process and fixturing.

Engineer questions

Don't see yours? Send your specs or call (619) 708-6716.

What tolerances do you hold?

We typically hold ±0.005" on machined features and work to tighter callouts where your print requires them. Send the model and we will confirm what is achievable — and flag anything that would drive cost before you commit.

Can you cut and machine both stainless and aluminum?

Yes. We routinely run 304 and 316 stainless, 5052 and 6061 aluminum, carbon steel, and engineered plastics, and we control for cross-contamination on stainless work.

Do you take one-off prototype parts?

Yes. Single parts and first articles are normal work for us, and the same fixturing and documented process carries forward into production when you are ready to scale.

What files do you need to quote?

A 3D model (STEP, IGS, SLDPRT) plus a 2D drawing with tolerances, material, and finish callouts gives us everything needed to quote accurately. DXF alone is fine for flat laser parts.
