Yes. Panels are built to the UL 508A standard with a documented short-circuit current rating, and we supply the panel schedule, as-built drawings, and bill of materials with the shipment so the installing contractor and the inspector have what they need at startup.
Yes. Float, transducer, and conductance inputs from a classified wet well are landed through intrinsically safe relays or barriers, kept in segregated wireways, and terminated on dedicated blue terminal blocks so field wiring stays clearly separated from power.
Yes. Send the specification section and any approved-manufacturer list. We build to the named PLC, drive, and component brands, follow the required wire colors, numbering, and labeling conventions, and submit shop drawings for approval before fabrication starts.
Both. We re-panel existing lift stations onto a new backplate for a rapid changeover, and we also supply stainless NEMA 4X enclosures with cutouts, subpanels, and glands for integrators who do their own wiring.
